Lil' loved the scarecrows at the parking lot and by the barn. She had to get her picture taken immediately. And said in her Lil' way...."I'm so glad we have the camera". Which was funny because we had to go back to get it after we left the house.

Next was the petting zoo area where Lil' did not hesitate one instant when she decided to hug the baby camel. The camel was very nice but it scared me a bit.

Then it was off to the pony ride.

The electric swing...which Lil' proclaimed as her favorite part while driving home.

The train pulled by the tractor was another big hit.

We practiced our maze skills in the kiddy maze.

But Lil' found her own way and left Mama behind.

Then it was off to the Bronco Maze....
And finally time for a rest....
Before catching the hayride to the pumpkin patch!!!

After doing some serious searching....

Lil' found the perfect pumpkin...

And it was time to head home...

Lil found a Lil sized pumpkin. Moolah and Ace would have liked that bouncy house best. Looks like fun!
There were several different patches. We choose a jack-o-lantern patch that was mostly medium sized pumpkins. It was so hard to pick a pumpkin. They were all shaped nicely and you could get a good stem. Mr. Eleven commented that they were "all takers" if you were choosing at the grocery store. There were other patches with gourds, huge pumpkins, Cinderella whites. This is definitely a yearly event for us now.
Funny about the bouncy house. It was the one activity that we didn't do. It's been a long time since she's tried it even though we've been a few places that have had them. I think she just gets tossed around too much because she's so small and light. Very launch-able.
The only weird part for us was the weather. It was hot that day, so not the sweater day that seems to match the event a bit better.
Lil looks so happy in all the pictures, from the thumbs-up in the parking lot to the last ride. I was thinking as I read this, "Boy! Lil is going to be tired!" Lil doesn't go to sleep in a car very often and there she is...gone. The camel pisture is just a blurr. She must have gone for that hug fast!
Thanks for sharing. It looks like a fun day for all. Aren't you amazed at your life 11 years later? Did you ever think you would have each other AND Lil and spend such a wonderful day together. I think it's better than the wedding by a long shot.
Congratulations to you all.
