Mr. Obama

During her bath tonight Lil announced she was "Mr. Obama" in her best man voice. I interviewed her for several minutes and found out that her job requires her to write words for people and that the oval office is heart shaped. We talked about Capitol Hill and she told me it had a bit eagle on top. She is now practicing her signature.

9. What does your mom do when you're not around? I don't know
10. If your mom becomes famous, what will it be for? what's famous mean? After I explained famous she answered "she kinda shakes her booty."
11. What is your mom really good at? She's really good at cooking
12. What is your mom not very good at? She's not very good at putting her shoes away.
13. What does your mom do for a job? Goes to work and types
14.What is your mom's favorite food? I don't know.
15.What makes you proud of your mom? That I love her
16. If your mom were a cartoon character, who would she be? Hanna Montana
17. What do you and your mom do together? We play games when it's almost night time.
18. How are you and your mom the same? Because we have panties
19. How are you and your mom different? Because we don't have the same color eyes.
20. How do you know your mom loves you? Because she likes to give me presents.
21. What does your mom like most about your dad? I don't know.
22. Where is your mom's favorite place to go? The park.

So far Lil' has mostly wanted someone else to carry her broom.

Pumpkin carving, Halloween cookies and seed baking tonight. I can hardly believe that it's not even really Halloween yet. We are going to see Aunt Laurie and Uncle Matt tomorrow and trick or treat on Harrison Blvd. which we hear is quite an event!

Day 2 : Part One

We are up early in anticipation of our Halloween events today. While I started our Saturday chores Lil' as busy coloring and practicing her spellling.

Fun was had by all at the preschool Halloween event. The executive director too these photos of our happy Bronco witch.





She was too distracted by all the other costumes to let me do a very good job at her make up. She wants it fancy like she saw on the package so her hopefully her patience will give her artistic dad a chance to work some magic.

Boo at The Zoo and trick-or-treating at Papa's tomorrow. I'll post pictures tomorrow night.

Mother Earth

I made a reference to Mother Earth recently. Lil' wanted to know why it was a girl and not a boy. When I told her it just was, she asked "Well is the moon her husband?" I love the way she thinks
