More Birthday

Somehow these two photos from her birthday didn't load.

And this is my favorite recent artwork. The green guy is a beetle. And the sun was done in a new way which reminds me a bit of some artwork that her cousin Moolah did recently.

Finally 5!

Here are a few photos of our day, which cover only a small portion of the fun.

The people at Red Robin were singing their Happy Birthday song.

At dinner
This morning...trying on her new footie jammies and happy to have added to her movie collection.
Ladybug cupcakes.
Up close.

Fun Filled Saturday

Engineering Days @ BSU

Lil' has been looking forward to this day since the day after we went last year. She insisted she dress appropriately for the event and that Mama did too. I found it harder to take pictures this year as Lil' was more hands on and I always had busy hands. Here are a few moments I did capture....of my girl who looks so big these days.

After our fun at this event it was off to our second event, Bald Eagle Day which was held at the Idaho Shakespeare Festival. It was much easier to get some photos of her here.

We saw lots of friends and had a great day.

Meanwhile, Mr. Eleven was also having a great day.....in the 2011 Ice Bowl Disc Golf Tournament which is a fundraiser for the Idaho Food Bank.

Elmo

My girl just pointed out that Elmo has the letters that start her name and the letters that start her cousins name. I am amazed at what she sees/notices.

Snow Day!

Wednesday we had a record amount of snow on the ground when we woke up. Lil' was very excited and we were out playing by 7:30 am! We were at Mama's office by 10:00 and stayed until 5:00. It was quiet a day.

Mr. Obama

During her bath tonight Lil announced she was "Mr. Obama" in her best man voice. I interviewed her for several minutes and found out that her job requires her to write words for people and that the oval office is heart shaped. We talked about Capitol Hill and she told me it had a bit eagle on top. She is now practicing her signature.
